Life is a journey.  An individual can reach a place in life feeling overwhelmed and hopeless.  Their coping mechanisms may be doing more harm than good.  OUR WATCH  is a place of acceptance, compassion and discovery where First Responders, and their families,  can begin a healing process and equip themselves with lifetime knowledge and tools.
